I've been running lately, and I feel awesome! I'm on week 2 day 3 of the C25K. Down 2lbs so far! I'm feeling stronger already. The C25K is a great program for runners just starting out, aka MEEEE! I downloaded the app and I'm in love. I don't even have to watch the clock it just tells me when to run and when to walk.
BUT then I get home and I'm all bored so I just have a "snack", and then I'm all like:
What can I say...I'm a work in progress. Baby steps Brittany....baby steps.
I guess I should get back to work now. Hope y'all are having a swell day!
